Grief and Loss

Grief and loss are challenging parts of being human. We all experience grief and loss in life changes, the loss of a loved one, or the loss or change in our body’s functioning due to injury, illness or age. There are also those losses that are value or trust-based, where we wrestle with how things actually are, or feel as if we’ve been misled and aren't sure how to reconcile that disconnect. 

How Does Grief and Loss Therapy work? 

Grief and loss therapy involves gentle care and support. It uses questions to help process loss and grief in a meaningful, integrative, honoring way. It involves attention to the needs of the body as well as the resulting emotions.
